Softwiro works as separate design, engineering, and support teams. Each is accountable for what it delivers on a client engagement, and for the state the system is left in afterwards.
The same standard applies to work with no client attached. The Smart Study Platform is built and operated free of charge for Egyptian students; it is how Softwiro's obligation to its community is met in practice rather than stated in a mission.

A health platform that joins three parties usually served by separate systems: the patient booking care, the pharmacy holding stock, and the supplier restocking it. A consultation produces an electronic prescription, and that prescription is what the pharmacy dispenses against and the supplier's catalogue answers to.
A manufacturing execution system for small and mid-sized shops — woodworking, metal fabrication, plastics, assembly — that runs the floor from the work order to the shipment: scheduling, production, quality, stores, purchasing and costing in one system. It is self-hosted, aligned to ISA-95 at the execution level, and deploys with a single command onto hardware a workshop already owns.
A cloud accounting system for manufacturing companies, kept on proper double-entry rather than a ledger of totals. Entries post and periods close; sales invoices carry VAT; inventory balances move with the entries that caused them. A company is provisioned from a Google account in about a minute, and each company's data is isolated behind its own link.
A production tracking system that keeps the stages of a job tied to what the job costs and to the contract it belongs to. Expected and actual profit are computed as the work proceeds, along with the break-even point, so an overrun is visible while it can still be acted on rather than at settlement.
An accounting system that runs entirely inside Telegram, on the reasoning that a small trader will not open a console but will send a message. A photographed receipt, a typed line, or a voice note is converted into an accounting entry; the month closes into a PDF report and an Excel export.

Accsys is one system for clothing shops and clothing traders in Egypt: fast invoicing, stock by model, colour and size with a barcode for every combination, and accounting down to net profit. It issues ETA e-invoices, sends invoices on WhatsApp with InstaPay, Paymob or Fawry payment links, and keeps working without internet, syncing all the shop's devices when the connection returns. A free Android app that downloads audio and video from YouTube. When a video has more than one audio language, it lets you choose the original or a dubbed track before downloading. It then compresses, converts and sorts your files on the phone, with no internet needed for the processing.
I used to walk the floor every day asking where each model had reached. Now I see every model’s stage on one screen, and each worker records their own output. The Softwiro team was with us at every step.
Every colour and size has its own barcode, so we know exactly what’s missing. E-invoices come out of the same system we sell from, and sales don’t stop when the internet does.
We know which courier has every shipment and what we’ve collected for each merchant, without asking anyone. And customers now follow their own orders.
The order matters: each stage depends on what the one before it established, whatever the size of the project.
